Examination of differing cultural worldviews and the impact culture has on human perceptions, emotions, expectations, and values. Explores the impact of minority status and discrimination on diverse populations. Involves awareness and skill building to encourage greater interpersonal sensitivity and advocacy for social justice needs. Prerequisite: PY 10100 - Introduction to Psychology or PY 21500 - Lifespan Human Development or instructor permission.
